We believe sustainability in building construction is very important; however, we understand that not all sustainability strategies are a good fit for our clients.  We are not only to be good stewards of our natural resources, but to be good stewards of our client’s budget. 

We employ Leading Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professionals within our organization that can support a process that provides our clients the information necessary to make an informed decision on the sustainable enhancements that are appropriate for their particular project.  This process is most successful if started early in the project’s development.

Our LEED AP’s have practical experience successfully implementing sustainability practices to achieve LEED certified projects.  The most recent project for Pierce College achieved LEED Gold Certification exceeding the owner’s LEED Silver objective at no additional cost to the owner.
