  • AA degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role
  • Multi-disciplined in accounting, document control, + general office operations
  • Strong understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Though not required, familiarity with MS Teams, Blue Beam + Spectrum a plus
  • Though not required, experience in commercial construction or related industry a plus


  • Excellent communication + organizational skills
  • Attention to detail + commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
