Tacoma Hospital Campus Expansion

Aldrich + Associates is proud to be the General Contractor / Construction Manager for a new 130,000 square foot medical office building and 770 stall parking garage to be constructed adjacent to St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA designed by Perkins + Will. The official groundbreaking ceremony occurred on August 18, 2011, and construction is scheduled to start in September with completion fall 2012.

The new facility will house Franciscan Medical Group physician practices offering full-service primary, orthopedic, neuroscience and women’s specialty care along with much needed additional parking for St. Joseph Medical Center.
