George Ward

In addition to corporate leadership responsibilities, George leads Aldrich’s business development efforts to position the company for project opportunities that align with the business strategy and core values of the organization. With 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, collaborative approach, and his attention to detail, George has helped the organization grow and develop to become a significant market presence within the Pacific Northwest. George continues to be an active project leader, supporting teams through the full project lifecycle. His creative problem solving and track record of leading teams in achieving even the most challenging project goals is a value add to project teams and his excellent management skills have helped Aldrich build enduring client relationships.

George began in the industry as a draftsman and laborer until he joined Aldrich in 1998. Outside of work, George has developed deep roots in the Seattle area. He is an active member in his community, serves on the board of directors for Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, and shares his love of skiing, golf, and soccer with his friends and family.
