The ground-up construction of an inpatient rehabilitation facility included 60 patient rooms, full-service dining facilities and kitchens, nurses stations and administration offices. The custom-designed outdoor therapy courtyard and rehabilitation spaces house state-of-the-art therapy equipment. Work began with abatement and demolition of existing structures, site development, and infrastructure. Pull planning and phased construction kept the project on schedule for the 12-month duration.
