Prefabrication utilized for tight site constraints

Aldrich + Associates supported preconstruction in budgeting, constructability, and scheduling for this mixed-use building. Two four-story, wood-framed towers with apartments were constructed over two levels of below grade, post-tensioned concrete parking. The street side of the building on the first level consists of retail and office studios. Wood frame wall panels were prefabricated offsite and delivered to the jobsite to reduce labor costs and compress the project schedule. Construction was completed in under 15 months.
